Who should join

Built for people who want a method, not hype

You do not need a coding or finance background. If you can use a smartphone app, you can learn to read a crypto chart.

  • Curious beginners

You have heard friends talk about Bitcoin and want to understand what actually moves the price before you put in a rupee.

  • Burned once already

You bought a coin on a tip or a social media post and watched it fall. Now you want rules for entries, exits and position size.

  • Stock market traders

You already read stock charts and want to apply that skill to a 24/7 market with different volatility, liquidity and tax rules.

  • Busy professionals

Crypto never closes, which suits evenings and weekends. Learn a routine that fits around your job instead of watching screens all day.

4-week syllabus

Crypto technical analysis, one block at a time

Each week builds on the last, like blocks on a chain. You spend most of the time on live charts, so every idea is practised, not just explained.

  1. Week01BLOCK 0x01

    How the crypto market works

The ground rules: what you are actually buying, where it trades and how to keep it safe.

    • Blockchain in plain words
    • Bitcoin vs altcoins vs stablecoins
    • Market cap and Bitcoin dominance
    • Spot exchanges and order books
    • INR and USDT trading pairs
    • Wallets, 2FA and seed phrases
    • India’s crypto tax and TDS

Outcome: set up a secure exchange account and charting workspace, and explain what drives demand for a coin.

  2. Week02BLOCK 0x02

    Reading crypto charts

Price action first, before any indicator, on the timeframes crypto traders actually use.

    • Candlesticks and timeframes
    • Trend structure: higher highs and lows
    • Support and resistance zones
    • Volume and liquidity
    • Breakouts vs fakeouts
    • Weekend liquidity and CME gaps

Outcome: mark trend, key levels and volume on any coin’s chart and describe what the market is doing.

  3. Week03BLOCK 0x03

    Indicators and chart patterns

The tools that confirm what price is telling you, and when each one misleads.

    • EMAs and moving average crossovers
    • RSI and divergence
    • MACD
    • Bollinger Bands and volatility
    • Fibonacci retracements
    • Triangles, flags, double tops and bottoms
    • Multi-timeframe analysis

Outcome: combine two or three indicators with price action into a written setup you can repeat.

  4. Week04BLOCK 0x04

    Risk, strategy and staying safe

The week that protects your capital: how much to risk, when to stay out, and how crypto scams work.

    • Position sizing for volatile coins
    • Stop-loss placement and risk to reward
    • Leverage and futures: why beginners get wiped out
    • Pump and dump, rug pulls and fake apps
    • Trading journal and review
    • Your personal crypto trading plan

Outcome: leave with a written trading plan, a risk rule for every trade and a checklist for spotting scams.

What you will be able to do

Six skills you take home after one month

  • 01

    Read any crypto chart

Identify the trend, key levels and momentum on Bitcoin, Ethereum or any listed coin, on any timeframe.

  • 02

    Plan entries and exits

Decide your entry, stop-loss and target before you click buy, so emotions do not make the decision.

  • 03

    Size positions for volatility

Work out how much to put into a trade so that one bad move cannot damage your account.

  • 04

    Use indicators properly

Know what RSI, MACD and moving averages measure, when they help and when they lag.

  • 05

    Stay compliant in India

Understand the 30% tax, 1% TDS and why losses cannot be set off, before your first sale.

  • 06

    Avoid scams and traps

Recognise fake exchanges, pump groups, too-good-to-be-true returns and risky leverage offers.

Crypto vs the stock market

Why crypto needs its own technical analysis course

Chart reading works in both markets, but the rules around it are very different in India. These differences change how you trade.

Crypto rules in India

Crypto tax in India, explained before you trade

Crypto is legal to buy and sell in India, but it is not legal tender, and the income tax law treats it as a Virtual Digital Asset (VDA). These are the rules every student learns in week one.

  1. Flat tax on gains

Profits from transferring crypto are taxed at 30% plus surcharge and cess. Only the cost of buying can be deducted.

  2. TDS when you sell

1% tax is deducted at source on crypto transfers above ₹50,000 a year for most individuals (₹10,000 for others). You can claim it when you file your return.

  3. No loss set-off

A loss on one coin cannot reduce tax on a profit from another coin or any other income, and it cannot be carried forward.

  4. Use registered exchanges

Crypto exchanges serving Indian users must register with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND). From 1 April 2026, reporting entities also share crypto transaction details with the Income Tax Department.

Tax rules as reported by Coin Edition, September 2026: Section 115BBH (30% tax), Section 194S (1% TDS) and Section 285BAA reporting from 1 April 2026.

Stay safe

Crypto scams we teach you to spot

In crypto, a mistake is often permanent. Transactions cannot be reversed, so knowing these traps is as important as any chart pattern.

  • Guaranteed returns

Anyone promising fixed daily or monthly crypto profits is selling a scheme, not a strategy.

  • Pump and dump groups

Telegram and WhatsApp groups that hype a small coin so early buyers can sell to late ones.

  • Fake exchanges and apps

Look-alike apps and websites that show fake profits and block withdrawals.

  • Seed phrase requests

No real support team will ever ask for your seed phrase or private key. Sharing it means losing your coins.

  • Rug pulls

New tokens where the creators drain the money and disappear, leaving the coin worth nothing.

  • High-leverage offers

Leverage of 50x or 100x means a small move against you can wipe out your entire margin.
