4. No Refunds, No Returns & No Cancellations
9AM Traders Academy follows a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN and NO CANCELLATION policy.
All payments made towards course fees, registration fees, admission fees, workshops, seminars, training programs, study materials, events, services or any other offerings of 9AM Traders Academy are final and non-refundable.
Once a payment has been successfully made or enrollment has been confirmed, no refund, return, cancellation, reversal, exchange, adjustment, credit, transfer or reimbursement will be provided, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
This policy applies regardless of the reason, including but not limited to:

Fees paid by one student cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, adjusted against another course, converted into credit, or used by another person, unless expressly approved in writing by 9AM Traders Academy.

By completing a payment or confirming enrollment, you expressly acknowledge and accept this No Refund, No Return & No Cancellation Policy.
